About the Owner

For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the body's incredible ability to heal. Long before I became a licensed massage therapist, I immersed myself in the world of nutrition and wellness. As a raw vegan chef and published recipe book author for nearly two decades, I've always believed that true health comes from caring for the whole person—inside and out. 

Life has also given me a deep understanding of healing on a personal level. I've experienced significant health challenges of my own, as well as the heartbreaking loss of close family members. Those experiences have shaped the therapist I am today, teaching me that healing isn't just about relieving physical pain—it's about making someone feel safe, cared for, understood, and genuinely supported. 

That philosophy is at the heart of every session I provide.

With over seven years of professional massage therapy experience, I am passionate about continuing my education. I'm constantly pursuing advanced training to offer my clients the most effective, evidence-based techniques available. Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, relief from swelling, or support during recovery, you can feel confident knowing you're receiving care grounded in skill, experience, and compassion. 

As a mobile massage therapist, I bring a professional spa experience directly to your home, serving clients throughout Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and the surrounding communities. My goal is to provide exceptional therapeutic care without the inconvenience of traveling to a spa.
